The Couture Fall 2009 collection from Alexis Mabille is like a breath of fresh air. Its so refreshing to see soft tailoring and loose white silhouettes as opposed to the OTT, corseted, exaggerated and almost harsh, threatening femininity that is most associated with couture. One doesn't usually say this with couture - but I would live in all of this. Especially the cream lace pants - those I am really digging.
