Alexa On Style

"I'm obsessed with nautical things and it has gold buttons with anchors on. It makes me feel a bit like a sailor, or a public schoolboy, which is my favourite look in the whole world."

"I prefer it when I look like a boy to when I have to dress up like a girl."

"I'm kind of obsessed with the Olsen twins. I find them amazing because they look like little well-dressed animals."

"And I don't like T-shirts that are cut for girls."

Monkey See, Monkey Do

I think it'd be pretty awesome to go around with a big-ass monkey on your tshirt - talk about in your face. Would love to see peoples reactions to it. Would def wear this with my leopard-velour jacket. I want the chimp! I love you Mr Kane.

M-I-C-K-E-Y

I've been wanting a Mickey tee for ages.. Ever since seeing a vintage one in Russh, had a look on ebay for a while, but then forgot about it. Then they started popping up in all the chain stores (Jayjays, Glassons et al) and on every thirteen year old (eg my little sister and her crew).. So I was very unsure, but still could't help but like the concept - cute, retro, girl, iconic etc. Anyway, the other day I swallowed my pride and fronted up at Jayjays with my cash.. Found the perfect one though! Not O.T.T and still has a real vintage feel without trying to hard.
