"#200 Girl V - Sigrid Agren

Love that this is black and white but still so warm and soft. The distressed metallic elements translate so well in these shots.

Julia's World

This looks likes so much fun. And makes me want leopard print tights and a shredded tee even more than I did already.

Masha

Its so nice to see a runway regular like Masha Tylena in editorial and doing an awesome job. Too often those quirky girls that do so well on the runway don't get picked as much for magazine work, but her wide eyed, startling beauty works perfectly for this cool, strong yet youthful shoot. Love how it blatantly plays with the act of playing dress up. Referencing knights and superheroes - but never being cliche or OTT.

This last shot is my favorite - I've always been a total sucker for anything referencing flags - especially those of the blue-white-red nature i.e US, UK, France etc (probably from way to much exposure to history as I grew up and to paintings like this).

Coral Sand

The colours in this are gorgeous... Creamy tans and and sea green - works so well with the deep shadows and washed out colours. Stunning body lines. And ballet points at the beach? Love.

Here Comes The Sun

I've always been a total sucker for sunsoaked editorials of girls in fields wearing gauzy white dresses - probably stemming from my childhood obsession with Picnic At Hanging Rock. Its so timeless and romantic, soft and feminine. Love the combination of sheer fabric and backlighting.

INTIMES SENSATIONS
I haven't seen big slouch knitwear look this sensual in forever. Love the fedora too!

Revelation

This editorial is stunning. So so different to anything I have seen lately. The colours and textures (wool, chiffon, tule, silk) combined with the backlighting is beautiful. So reminds me of Franco Zeffirelli's films Romeo and Juliet and Brother Sun Sister Moon - Particularly the fever/dream sequence.

Pyjama Parties

Possibly one of the cutest editorials I have ever seen. Sasha wears cream and Rodarte and gets to play with the cutest lion cub ever!! Aside from the cute factor, I love the contrasting yet complimentary textures; fur, knit, hair etc. And the beige palette. Love.

Comme Frère et Soeur

Anna Selezneva does masculine/feminine for French Vogue - contrasting the two ends of the spectrum, as opposed to combining. And does it amazingly. Love the stark white interior with the wall detail and radiator. Makes the black pieces pop. And j'adore the bare feet in some of the shots - creates a strong sense of vulnerability and softness. But I do love the Balmain crystal studded heels too!

Fit To A T

We all know I'm a sucker for sharp white outfits, so there isn't much I need to say. Love the Balmain shoulders. And the sharp, clean silhouettes juxtaposed with the big, fluffy blonde hair. And the Poly.

Pre-Raphaelite Beauty

This beauty shoot from Vogue Italia is gorgeous - Alana Zimmer is stunning. I particularly love the shot with the Balmain dress...

These really remind me of the works of Waterhouse...
