Coletterland

I've been secretly coverting Timberland workboots for a while now.. Hadn't told anyone about this. As of this morning this shoe crush has been cemented by the news from Refinery 29 Colette has collaborated with Timberland on a pair.

Helter Skelter Makes The List

Oh wow, Karen Walker's Helter Skelters (I covet so much) are one of Refinery 29's 5 Warm Weather Essentials For Him. Def the best thing on that list - followed v closely by the chambray shirts (really want one of those also).

Refinery Hearts Rumi

Refinery 29 have done a great interview with the amazingly inspiring and so-cool-you-wish-you-could-hate-her Rumi Neely of Fashion Toast (daily must have reading - and always inspiring.) She is without a doubt one of the best dressed people I have come across.

Refinery Picks

Refinery 29 have chosen their picks of the designers you need to know for 2009. My favorite was Natascha Stolle (especially that first outfit)...

Def an Alice Dellal vibe going on don't you think?

Resolutions From Alex, Erin And More...

Erin Wasson, Model/Designer: "Next year, I'm definitely devoting myself to saving and adopting more animals. I will be on a crusade to do as much as I can. Yes, I can only imagine how crowded my house will be by 2010!"

Alexander Wang, Designer: "Hmmm I haven't really made any new year's resolutions—I find that its better to surprise myself than to have expectations I can't keep. But I guess if I had to make one it would be to eat more organic…no junk food. Except for maybe pineapple buns!"

Harley Viera-Newton, Model, DJ, and Musician: "My New Year's resolution is to sleep more and drink less…I've yet to see a resolution come to fruition, but it's the thought that counts, right?"

Rumi Neely, Blogger, Fashion Toast: "To travel more and to finally move to New York." Photo by Garance DorĂ©

Dan Single and George Gorrow, Designers, Ksubi: "Our New Year's resolution is 300 dpi—last year was 72."
