Khaki and Sequins

I love the contrasts in this; the soft, classic utilitarian-ness of the army green tees/pants  and the plaid shirts - juxtaposed with the jewelled, studded and furry details. The young model also has a beautiful innocence (this is one of the few examples when a young (looking) model really works.

Signes Particuliers

As soon as the mercury rises - I am so doing this look. classic white tee or tank underneath my leather bra from Lonely Hearts, every necklace and bracelet I own as well as some of Mama's pearls. And this editorial has only intensified my burning desire for a blatant logo tee in black and white (ideally Chanel or YSL). Sigh.

Fade To Blue

I always love a good denim editorial - especially when they riff on the classic denim look - white tees, leather, a blonde with a tan etc. This does an amazing job of dressing down (in the best possible way) some of the sickest pieces from the Spring collections - Balmain's jacket, Givenchy's leather and denim pants. Oh and I'm not gonna lie, I love the knee high socks with the two tone brogues.

Lily In Paris

Yeah I know I'm shallow, but I am always a total fiend for any editorial or campaign thats blatantly (and stunningly) Parisian. Toss in Lily, Louis Vuitton (especially the infamous bunny ears), Balenciaga and Givenchy and I'm all yours.

Indian Summer

This is one of the best Daria editorials I've seen in a while (not that she ever does anything remotely average). Love the fresh, summery feel.  Lots of Chloe and those sumptuously crushed Prada silks. Im still obsessed with those glasses. I'm thinking an intense search for the perfect pair is in order.
